Statement on politicians and experts wins Spade of the Year

Maribor, 20 January - A remark on the relationship between politicians and experts by Verica Trstenjak, a former advocate general at the Court of Justice of the EU, has won the Spade of the Year award by the newspaper publisher Večer for the statement that best captured the zeitgeist in 2018.
