SD wants MEP for country's next EU commissioner

Ljubljana, 26 January - The coalition Social Democrats (SD) believe that the next European commissioner from Slovenia should be one of the elected MEPs. Following a party leadership meeting on Saturday, president Dejan Židan did not, however, comment on the fate of Culture Minister Dejan Prešiček, who has been accused of bullying a subordinate who committed suicide.
