Kučan sees hate speech as enemy to today's society

Ljubljana, 27 January - Milan Kučan, Slovenia's former President, said hate speech was one of the main enemies of the modern society as he addressed a ceremony commemorating an attack on a Communist Party school 75 years ago at the Brce Memorial on Sunday.
