Finance says rational investors would not touch Koper-Divača

Ljubljana, 28 January - The investment programme for the new railway line between the port of Koper and the Divača hub reveals that taxpayers will get nothing from the project, or that they will get so little that a rational investor would invest money elsewhere for sure, the business newspaper Finance says in Monday's commentary.
