Dnevnik criticises judges disrespectful of impartiality

Ljubljana, 29 January - Judicial impartiality is important not only for individual court cases but for the trust the public has in the rule of law, the newspaper Dnevnik says in Tuesday's commentary, adding also that judicial impartiality is "extremely fragile". The slightest doubt in a judge's impartiality or the appearance of impartiality can be problematic.
