New white paper on education opportunity for debate, Delo says

Ljubljana, 30 January - The new white paper on education is an excellent opportunity for a debate in Slovenian society about what kind of education system it wants, the newspaper Delo says in Wednesday's front-page commentary entitled To Whom the Bell Tolls.
