KD Skladi and German property investment manager buy Austria Trend Hotel

Ljubljana, 31 January - One of Ljubljana's biggest hotels, Austria Trend Hotel, has changed owners. Asset manager KD Skladi said in a press release on Thursday that its investment fund KD Adriatic Value Fund had bought the hotel alongside real estate investment manager Peakside Capital from CA Immobilien Anlagen. Details of the transactions have not been disclosed.
