Finance calls for systemic changes to tax collection

Ljubljana, 1 February - After a survey found that Slovenia loses at least EUR 2.6bn a year because of tax evasion, the newspaper Finance analyses the reasons for this in Friday's commentary. It suggests that those taking advantage of the system are less to blame than those who allow for abuses and fail to make systemic changes.
