Paper comments on deadly January on Slovenian roads

Koper, 2 February - It was obviously too early to "celebrate" the fact that the number of casualties on the Slovenian roads last year was below 100 for the first time ever as many as eleven people died on the roads in January 2019 alone, the regional newspaper Primorske Novice says in Saturday's commentary.
