Centre for persons with special needs opens in Debeli Rtič
Debeli Rtič, 6 February - A new centre for persons with special needs has opened in Debeli Rtič, a small peninsula some 4 km north of Koper, which can accommodate up to 24 adults, and also has room for education and training of 15 children and youths.
