Govt drafts changes allowing it to sack competition watchdog boss

Ljubljana, 8 February - Economic Development and Technology Ministry has drafted changes to the competition protection act so as to simplify some of the procedures and enable swifter sanctions for violators. Moreover, the changes would allow the government to dismiss the Competition Protection Agency's (AVK) boss.
