Doctors turned into clerks, Delo says

Ljubljana, 11 February - The newspaper Delo says on Monday that doctors have been turned into clerks spending an awful lot of time on bureaucracy, and wonders how the health minister would tackle the lack of GPs and their complaints about being overburdened.
