Supreme Court sides with sacked Luka Koper boss Mišič

Ljubljana, 13 February - The Supreme Court has upheld both rulings which found that Gašpar Gašpar Mišič was unlawfully dismissed as the CEO of port operator Luka Koper almost five years ago. The ruling comes as Mišič is seeking EUR 757,000 in compensation.
