Pahor thinks Three Seas Initiative has potential

Munich, 15 February - President Borut Pahor promoted the Three Seas Initiative at a Munich Security Conference panel on Friday, arguing that it had the potential to grow into an intergovernmental forum despite geographic overlap with the EU and NATO.
