Delo says Slovenia's neighbourhood "boring"

Ljubljana, 16 February - Delo says in Saturday's front-page commentary that despite problems Slovenia has with its neighbours, it lives in a good neighbourhood. It should thus intensify cross-border cooperation to make money and prove that neighbours are not enemies.
