Govt adopts new cargo fee to fund Koper port rail track

Ljubljana, 21 February - The government has adopted a new fee on cargo transshipment at the port of Koper in order to raise funds for a second railway track connecting the port to the rail network. The fee will take effect on 1 March and will apply to all types of cargo.
