Delo says withdrawal from APC deal sign of chaos in army

Ljubljana, 22 February - Delo criticises on Friday the government and army leadership over the aborted purchase of 48 eight-wheeled Boxer APCs, saying the food-dragging about the deal worth EUR 300m followed by a surprising withdrawal from it is the only thing one needs to know to see the dimensions of chaos in the Slovenian army.
