Delo says tax reform first real test for govt

Ljubljana, 27 February - The newspaper Delo believes that Slovenian finance ministers, seeming to all want to leave a mark with their own tax reform, have been overdoing it with changes to tax legislation in the past 15 years. As to the changes being proposed now, the paper says they will show whether the government is truly operational.
