Ljubljana, 28 February - Frans Timmermans, first vice-president of the European Commission and the European Socialists and Democrats' lead candidate for EU elections, will visit Ljubljana on Thursday as part of a campaign ahead of the elections, which will be held in Slovenia on 26 May.
