Project presented to protect the endemic black olm

Črnomelj, 27 February - A project to protect the habitat of the black olm, which is endemic to the underground waters near Črnomelj (SE), was presented to the press on Wednesday. The project, launched last March, also aims at presenting the rare and endangered subspecies of the olm and its importance to the wider public.
