DeSUS looking for frontrunner after MEP Vajgl decided not to run

Ljubljana, 27 February - The coalition Pensioners' Party (DeSUS) has decided to extend the deadline for registration of candidates for EU elections, party head Karl Erjavec said on Wednesday. The top bodies of the party decided for the move after its most likely frontrunner, MEP Ivo Vajgl (ALDE/DeSUS), announced he would not seek re-election in the 26 May vote.
