Finance: Divača-Koper project not off to an auspicious start

Ljubljana, 4 March - It is incredible how everything has gone wrong with the billion-euro project to build a new track between Divača and Koper, Finance says in Monday's commentary as it speaks about "unusual open calls and price hikes".
