SDS and SLS oppose expelling Hungary's Fidesz from EPP

Ljubljana, 5 March - The Slovenian members of the European People's Party (EPP) are divided on the idea to expel Hungary's populist Fidesz party from the centre-right group in the European Parliament. The opposition Democrats (SDS) and the non-parliamentary People's Party (SLS) oppose it, while the opposition New Slovenia (NSi) proposes freezing its membership.
