Paper fears Europe will stagnate like Japan

Ljubljana, 8 March - Commenting on the European Central Bank backtracking on its announced plans for stricter monetary policy, the business newspaper Finance says on Friday that the reasons for the decision are abundant. The paper goes on to wonder whether the era of cheap money will ever end at all.
