Kobarid seeking to become self-sufficient through green technology

Kobarid, 23 March - The municipality of Kobarid wants to secure most of its energy needs with renewables. It plans to initially install solar panels on several of its own buildings and offer up to 50 rooftop arrays to local households until 2021.
