Paper considers Western Balkans to be still divided

Ljubljana, 22 March - The newspaper Delo points out in its Friday's commentary that the peopled of the Western Balkans are still not ready for reconciliation, saying that the increased sentence of former Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadžić to life imprisonment has exacerbated conflicts in the region.
