Pending constitutional cases keep increasing

Ljubljana, 22 March - The Slovenian Constitutional Court resolved 25% more cases in 2018 than the year before; however the number of pending cases keeps increasing - last year by almost 30%. Stressing that its internal reserves are mostly depleted, the court's president Rajko Knez implied on Friday the need for provisions limiting access to the court.
