Protection takes centre stage on World Water Day

Ljubljana, 22 March - NGOs and other organisations called for better water protection on Word Water Day on Friday. Slovenia has enshrined the right to drinking water in its Constitution, but this is not enough, Human Rights Ombudsman Peter Svetina said, underlining that Slovenia needed to change several executive regulations to protect this right.
