Šarec dismisses criticism of 16+1 initiative

Brussels, 22 March - Prime Minister Marjan Šarec has dismissed criticism of the 16+1 initiative, a forum featuring Central and Eastern European countries plus China. He said China was a partner and competitor, but it was always necessary to pursue dialogue while also being mindful of one's own interests.
