Delo sees blame for NATO bombing of Yugoslavia on both sides

Ljubljana, 25 March - Commenting on the 20th anniversary of the NATO bombing of the Slobodan Milošević-led Yugoslavia, the newspaper Delo speaks about Serbia's preceding crimes and Miloševič's stubbornness as well as about NATO's transition from a relict of the past to an instrument of humanitarian interventions without the consent of the UN.
