Bilinguality in public administration a problem

Ljubljana, 9 April - The parliamentary Commission for National Minorities discussed on Tuesday the government's plan to provide for rights of the Italian and Hungarian minorities in Slovenia. It established that progress had been made in some areas, whereas stagnation could be noticed in others, with bilinguality in public administration still a problem.
