Koper, 11 April - The regional newspaper Primorske Novice protests against the change of course at the Lipica Stud Farm under Economy Minister Zdravko Počivalšek, arguing in Thursday's editorial that Lipica as a cultural heritage monument and the Lipizzan horses have been subordinated to tourism.
