EU Commission files suit against Slovenia over seized ECB files

Brussels, 17 April - The European Commission has lodged a complaint against Slovenia at the European Court of Justice over its violation of the inviolability of the archives of the European Central Bank (ECB) and the duty of sincere cooperation in the context of the seizure of ECB documents as part of a criminal investigation at Banka Slovenije in July 2016.
