Retailer Hofer getting rid of single-use plastic

Ljubljana, 22 April - By the end of this year, retailer Hofer will no longer sell single-use plastic items such as plastic spoons and cups. Buyers will instead be able to purchase their more environmentally-friendly alternatives, the company has announced. In June, plastic grocery bags will also be removed from their shelves.
