Paper says absence of true EU community among reasons for low turnout
Ljubljana, 3 May - Reflecting in Friday's commentary on the 24% turnout in Slovenia in the 2014 elections to the European Parliament, the business daily Finance argues that people are still too poorly informed about the workings of EU institutions but also that a true feeling of belonging to a joint community remains absent.
