National postal operator acquires 72% of logistics company Intereuropa
Ljubljana, 10 May - Pošta Slovenije, the state-owned postal operator, has acquired just over 72% of logistics company Intereuropa from a consortium of six Slovenian banks pending clearance from anti-trust authorities.
