Delo critical of ARSO, govt for slow procedures

Ljubljana, 22 May - Delo looks at the reasons for rather long environmental permit procedures for infrastructure projects, noting that "endless procedures at the Environment Agency (ARSO) are a systemic problem whose consequences could be felt by the entire country in the future".
