Dnevnik doubts success of national library project

Ljubljana, 22 May - Dnevnik is sceptical about the revived plans for unit 2 of the National and University Library (NUK) in Ljubljana, arguing that the building design selected in 2012 has a very good chance of meeting the fate of its predecessors despite yesterday's signing of an annex to the contract for the design documents.
