Velenje, 28 May - The owners of the bonds of Gorenje that continued to be listed on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange after the withdrawal of its shares by China's Hisense as the new owner agreed to have them delisted on Tuesday. This means that the household appliance maker is no longer bound to the responsibilities of a public company.
