No dividend for Unior shareholders

Zreče, 5 June - The shareholders of tool maker Unior left last year's distributable profit of over EUR 8 million undistributed as they met for their annual meeting in Zreče on Wednesday. The shareholders, the largest with almost a 40% stake being the SSH custodian of state assets, will thus receive no dividend also this year.
