Delo says electoral changes will take a while

Ljubljana, 13 June - The newspaper Delo says in its front-page commentary on Thursday that the electoral system overhaul, ordered by the Constitutional Court, will be carried out only just before the deadline at the end of 2020 because parties are weighing what sort of system would benefit them most, unwilling to give too much power to the voter.
