Ljubljana, 18 June - The parliamentary Commission for Oversight of Intelligence and Security Services planned to talk to Maj-Gen Alenka Ermenc, the chief of the general staff, on Tuesday, but Ermenc sent an excuse note leaving MPs without explanations on the recent dismissal of force commander Miha Škerbinc.
