Kučan Meets the New Government

Ljubljana, 6 March - GOVERNMENT/KUČAN
President Milan Kučan received Thursday the ministers of the new government and Prime Minister Janez Drnovšek. Kučan expressed his satisfaction over the election of the government. Among the priority tasks of the new government Kučan mentioned Slovene integration in western organizations, harmonization of Slovene legislation with the EU and NATO standards, ratification of the European agreement as well as resolving the open issues in Slovene relations with its neighbours.
