Slovenia registers negative birth to death rate for second consecutive year in 2018

Ljubljana, 23 June - After years of natural increase in population, Slovenia has seen a natural decrease in population for the second consecutive year in 2018, as the number of births dropped to below 20,000 a year for the first time in a decade.
