Govt against delaying uniform cigarette packages

Ljubljana, 27 June - The government denied support on Thursday to a legislative proposal that would put off obligatory standardised packaging for tobacco products until 2023. The move would undermine Slovenia's system of tobacco control, which is very modern and effective, the cabinet said.
