Judge rapporteur in Slovenia-Croatia case is Christopher Vajda
Luxembourg, 8 July - The technical details released ahead of today's oral hearing at the European Court of Justice in a case dealing with Croatia's failure to implement the 2017 award of the border arbitration tribunal show that the judge rapporteur in the case will be British Christopher Vajda.
