Slovenia, Italy indicate they could help Croatia in border protection

Ljubljana/Helsinki/Brussels, 18 July - Slovenian and Italian interior ministers Boštjan Poklukar and Matteo Salvini shared the view that protection of the EU's external borders was of greater importance than the issues related to internal borders. Meeting at the sidelines of an EU ministerial in Helsinki last night, they offered help to Croatia in protecting the EU's external border.
