Calls for harmony and unity mark centenary of Prekmurje reunification
Beltinci, 17 August - Addressing on Saturday the state ceremony marking 100 years since the reunification of Slovenia and its eastern-most region of Prekmurje, PM Marjan Šarec spoke of a region that demonstrated unity in diversity despite a history of hardship. He took the opportunity to urge against self-serving politics of hate and called for a focus on development.
