Europe has again showed its incapability of solving complex problems resulting from the fall of the Berlin wall and the break-up of the eastern block. Just as it had not been able to undo the knot in former Yugoslavia, so it failed in the case of Albania, a Slovene-language daily issued in Trieste writes in its Sunday edition.
