Ljubljana, 28 August - Whether by design or accident, the Marjan Šarec government dedicated a lot of time in its first year to environmental issues, be it waste management or protection of the river Mura. The outsized population of large carnivores has also created problems, as have subsequent decisions about how to manage the animals.
